Klaviyo is hiring a Global Onboarding Lead to own the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of its global onboarding experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, the role manages Base Camp across global cohorts, builds program infrastructure, facilitates live onboarding in Boston, develops curriculum, applies AI across the learning lifecycle, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and creates a dedicated onboarding experience for executives and senior leaders. The position is onsite in the Boston office, requires 8+ years of relevant experience, and offers a base salary of $124,000–$186,000 USD.
