Description
The Operational Excellence Manager will lead continuous improvement across BRP manufacturing sites by implementing lean tools, BRP management standards, Kaizen projects, problem-solving methods, and digital platforms. The role includes coaching OpEx teams, standardizing processes and metrics, consolidating improvement data, leading improvement events, supporting the OpEx roadmap, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial or systems engineering, Lean Manufacturing and Black Belt Six Sigma expertise, and seven years of relevant experience.
