BCG is hiring an Operational Innovations Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to execute high-priority transformation change efforts, typically owning a defined workstream or module. The role supports functional leadership, manages project scope, plans and tracks resources and risks, coordinates technical implementation, change management, training, deployment, and stabilization, and builds relationships with global stakeholders. Candidates need at least seven years of experience supporting and running change programs in a global organization, a track record of improving operational efficiency, and experience in complex matrix organizations; Microsoft Office proficiency and international project experience are also required.
