Tensec is hiring a Global Operations Leader to build and run reliable, compliant, and increasingly AI-native operations across its Mexico, Brazil, and United States markets. The role oversees onboarding, transaction and banking operations, customer support, operational dashboards, KPIs, partner launch operations, FinOps reconciliation, compliance, and automation, while leading distributed teams and partnering with the COO, CPO, and senior managers. The position is based in New York, New York, with three days per week in the company’s NYC office, and offers a salary of $200,000 to $220,000 per year plus equity, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a learning budget.
