Scale is hiring a global payroll accountant to coordinate and manage technical payroll accounting across its global footprint. The role covers multi-frequency domestic and international payroll processing, compensation and employee lifecycle changes, pre- and post-payroll audits, compliance with multi-jurisdictional tax and labor regulations, payroll accounting and reporting, employee support, vendor coordination, and HRIS and AI-enabled process optimization. English fluency is required, and the role ideally seeks candidates with international payroll, PEO/EOR, payroll accounting, and HRIS experience.
