Global Payroll Lead at Reddit

Reddit is hiring a Global Payroll Lead to own and scale global payroll operations across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the Sr. Global Payroll Manager, the role manages multi-country payroll execution, vendor and tax compliance, equity compensation, audits, Workday and other payroll systems, process controls, and strategic initiatives such as M&A integrations and new-country market entries. The position requires 5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, advanced Workday and Excel proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. The base salary range is $143,600–$201,000 USD, with eligibility for equity and potentially a commission.
