Niural is hiring a Global Payroll Onboarding Specialist to manage client implementations from kickoff through go-live across payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and Canada payroll. The role serves as the primary client contact, collects onboarding information, coordinates internal setup across payroll, benefits, tax, global operations, engineering, sales, and customer success, tracks implementation risks, supports payroll and employee data accuracy, and prepares clients for launch. The position requires at least two years of implementation, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, PEO, EOR, global payroll, or client operations experience and is based in New York City with a salary of $60,000–$85,000 and health, dental, and vision benefits.
