Klarna is hiring a Global Payroll Operations Manager to manage and improve payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on the United States and North America. The role leads end-to-end payroll processes, ensures compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations and SOX requirements, supports employee benefits administration, financial reporting, and labor cost management, and collaborates with Finance, People, and external providers. Candidates need proven experience managing US and North American payroll operations, knowledge of payroll controls and compliance, experience with HRIS and payroll systems, and strong English communication skills.
