Description
Nintex is hiring a Global Payroll Operations Manager to own end-to-end payroll operations for North America and oversee global payroll processes across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The role manages payroll processing, tax and statutory compliance, payroll accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, 401(k) activities, audits, controls, policies, and continuous improvement, while partnering with HR, Finance, regional teams, and external vendors. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of progressive payroll experience including global organization experience, U.S. and Canadian payroll expertise, and hands-on experience with UKG or a similar enterprise payroll system. It is a hybrid role in Nintex's local office with a target compensation range of 80,000 to 115,000 USD annually.
