Modulr is hiring a Global Payroll Specialist in Mumbai to independently own end-to-end payroll delivery across seven countries, including India, the UK, France, Spain, Ireland, the United States, and the Netherlands. The role manages payroll processing, salary and tax calculations, employee benefits, pension administration, statutory returns, compliance, payroll systems, process improvements, and employee and external provider queries. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of payroll administration or processing experience, knowledge of international payroll systems and multi-country operations, and strong accuracy, communication, and time-management skills.
