Description
BCG is hiring a Data Engineering Lead to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for its People Analytics team. The role focuses on data warehousing, data lakes, data modeling, data integration, data quality, governance, and transformation for analytics, reporting, and machine learning. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, strong SQL and Snowflake experience, and at least 8 years of data engineering or similar experience. The position generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
