Boston Consulting Group is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Global People analytics team. The role supports evidence-based decision-making by developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards, querying databases with SQL, performing ETL, testing data quality, and partnering with internal stakeholders on people-related challenges. The position requires 5–7 years of full-time Tableau, Power BI, data modeling, and SQL experience, along with an undergraduate degree and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The role is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
