Boston Consulting Group is hiring a Senior Director – Identity Security Lead to lead the strategy, engineering, and operational excellence of its global identity security practice across human and agentic identity domains. The role oversees four core teams, drives directory modernisation, privileged access management, identity governance, secrets management, data loss prevention, observability, compliance, risk, vendor management, and operational excellence, and builds a globally distributed identity security team. It requires 12+ years of identity security or related cybersecurity engineering experience, 5+ years in senior leadership, and expertise in enterprise identity platforms, modernisation, and emerging agentic identity security. The role offers a hybrid or on-site work model in London or Lisbon.
