The role develops go-to-market strategies, manages global account and renewal strategies, expands the software portfolio, coordinates internal resources, and provides customer feedback to product and executive teams. Candidates need at least seven years of account management, strategic consulting, or business development experience in materials science, chemicals, or SaaS, while an MSc or PhD in a related field is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $190,000–$250,000 plus stock options and benefits.
