Description
The role provides technical expertise and travels to global manufacturing plants to support mold design, qualification, and process development for injection-molding programs. Responsibilities include establishing scientific molding process parameters, completing DOE and SIM documentation, debugging tools, supporting continuous improvement and project feasibility, optimizing processes, training manufacturing engineers, and harmonizing process-engineering documentation. The position requires a degree in Plastics Engineering/Technology or a high school diploma/GED, experience in scientific molding principles, at least ten years of injection-molding experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
