Bacardi is seeking a Senior Manufacturing and Maintenance Leader to serve as the Global Process Lead (GPL) for Make, focusing on driving Maintenance Excellence and Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) across their global manufacturing operations. This role involves defining, governing, and improving Bacardi's end-to-end Make and Maintenance process architecture, integrating it with SAP S/4HANA, and ensuring reliable operations, asset performance, safety, quality, and cost competitiveness.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
Direct manufacturing management experience.

Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement cross-functional projects/programs.
