Description
O-I is hiring a Global Process Owner - Opportunity to Cash to define and govern the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, lead global transformation through standardization, simplification, automation, and digital enablement, and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and performance. The role leads a cross-functional governance team, manages internal and external GBS teams and managed service providers, drives CRM, ERP, cash application, and banking platform improvements, and develops a global team of process and subject matter experts. It reports to the VP, Global Business Service, with four direct reports and a team of 70 managed services members.
