AddSecure is hiring a Global Process Rollout Lead to drive the rollout and adoption of global business processes across its organization. The role is hands-on and involves exploring and testing business-system flows, documenting processes, identifying gaps, preparing training and rollout materials, leading workshops and presentations, coordinating with system and development teams, and maintaining traceability from identified issues through implementation. Candidates should have experience with process rollouts, business-process implementation, business transformation, CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service, or related platforms, along with strong communication skills in English.
