BCG is hiring a Global Product Director – AI Innovation to lead its Global AI Innovation agenda through the CT Zero to One squad. The role sets global product direction, translates emerging AI opportunities into prioritized experiments, leads multidisciplinary teams through rapid prototyping and validation, makes investment decisions, and drives promising innovations toward enterprise readiness and scalable product ownership. The position requires 10–12+ years of relevant experience, including significant product leadership across AI, data, or enterprise technology products, along with strong AI and GenAI, data-platform, customer, business, and people leadership capabilities.
