BCG is hiring an Enterprise AI Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of AI products, including skills, plugins, agents, and workflows. The role covers prototyping, requirements, engineering coordination, quality and safety review, release governance, usage metrics, and portfolio rationalization. It requires 5–7 years of relevant product experience, hands-on experience with Anthropic and/or OpenAI, a consulting or senior-audience delivery background, deep AI-tooling knowledge, agile proficiency, strong stakeholder communication, and experience navigating risk, privacy, or compliance review.
