Description
ESAB is hiring a Global Product Manager – Solid Wire (Non & Low Alloy) to lead the global product portfolio as a business unit. The role owns product strategy, lifecycle management, new product introductions, portfolio simplification, pricing, profitability, manufacturing optimization, and cross-functional execution across R&D, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain. It requires a relevant engineering or business degree, global product management experience, welding consumables and metallurgy knowledge, strong commercial and analytical skills, and fluent English. The position is based in any European location where ESAB has a legal entity, offers a hybrid work environment, and requires approximately 25–30% global travel.
