Description
BCG is hiring a Senior Product Analyst for its Talent Acquisition Product Team’s Candidate Selection squad. The role partners with Product Owners, business and technology teams, QA, Scrum Leads, SaaS Engineers, Talent Acquisition teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional requirements, and use cases. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, solution co-creation, production issue investigation, release readiness, rollout support, and hands-on SaaS configuration and functional enhancements. The role requires at least four years of relevant experience, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Talent Acquisition or HR technology experience is strongly preferred. The position is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
