Description

BCG is hiring a Product Analyst for its Team Productivity squad to build expertise in the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem and identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities involving Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and related AI capabilities. The role owns measurement frameworks, dashboards, research programs, adoption tracking, automation solutions, risk assessments, and executive recommendations, while contributing to product delivery, stakeholder alignment, and squad-wide knowledge sharing.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, information technology, computer science, or digital media, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a product analyst, senior business analyst, or program management role.
Experience managing cross-functional programs or workstreams end to end.
Experience designing and running user and product research programs.
Experience building automation solutions using Power Automate or similar low-code platforms.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio.
Familiarity with M365 telemetry, license analytics, and usage reporting patterns.
Working knowledge of governance, data security, and secure-by-design principles for AI productivity tools.
Experience in a professional services, consulting, or similarly complex, matrixed global organization.
