Description
Lam Research is hiring a Global Product Support Engineer to provide on-site repair and maintenance for complex electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, perform installations and relocations, support field modifications, and manage limited-scope projects. The role requires at least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or three years with a master’s degree, or a PhD without experience, along with electrical and mechanical schematic knowledge, root-cause analysis, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
