Description
Veeva Systems is hiring a Global Program Manager to serve as a customer-facing services executive for one of its largest pharmaceutical customers. The role owns service delivery for Veeva’s Commercial product line, partners with customer leadership and internal teams on deployment, governance, transformation, application management, implementation proposals, and product adoption, and coordinates Customer Success, Product Management, and Product Support activities. It requires at least seven years of large-scale program management experience in the pharmaceutical commercial space, consulting experience across multiple functional areas, and executive communication and negotiation skills. The position is work-anywhere, may involve customer-site and offsite work, and requires travel up to 50% of the time.
