Description
Veeva Systems is hiring a Global Program Manager to serve as a customer-facing services executive for one of its largest pharmaceutical customers. The role owns service delivery for Veeva’s Commercial product line, partners with customer leadership and business stakeholders on deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps, establishes post-deployment application management, supports implementation proposals and services contract negotiations, and coordinates Customer Success, Product Management, and Product Support activities. The position requires at least seven years of large-scale program management experience in the pharmaceutical commercial space, consulting experience across multiple functional areas, and the ability to lead diverse global teams and travel up to 50% of the time. The role is work-anywhere, with customer-site, home-office, and offsite work.
