Description
Veeva Systems is hiring a Global Program Manager to serve as a customer-facing services executive for one of its largest pharmaceutical customers. The role owns service delivery for Veeva’s Commercial product line, partners with customer leadership and business stakeholders on deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps, establishes post-deployment application management, supports implementation proposals and services contract negotiations, and coordinates Customer Success, Product Management, and Product Support activities. The position requires at least seven years of large-scale program management experience in the pharmaceutical commercial space, consulting experience across multiple functional areas, and the ability to lead diverse global teams. It is a work-anywhere role based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone with up to 50% travel, and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $200,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
