Meta is seeking a Global Programs Lead to serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader supporting executive leadership. The role coordinates high-priority initiatives, develops strategic roadmaps and governance structures, prepares leadership briefings and communications, manages cross-functional programs, and drives change management and operational improvements. Candidates need at least eight years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy execution in a large-scale, cross-functional environment, along with experience leading global programs, program governance, executive communications, and data-driven decision-making.
