Description
The role leads and develops the global Project Management Office, manages international programs and projects, develops the PMO team, establishes project management standards and processes, and ensures successful project and portfolio management. It requires a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, several years of leadership experience in project or PMO environments, international program and cross-functional team experience, strong leadership and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel. The position is based at the site in Unterlüß and offers mobile working and other benefits.
