Description
Thinking Machines is hiring a founding public policy leader to build and lead its global public policy function. The role will set strategy across U.S. federal and state policy, the EU AI Act, international regulatory regimes, export controls, and national security frameworks; lead hiring and development of the policy team; represent the company with legislators, regulators, agencies, counsel, lobbyists, and advocacy partners; and develop policy infrastructure for executive decision-making. The position is based in Washington, D.C., with travel to San Francisco and other jurisdictions, and offers visa sponsorship and health, dental, and vision benefits.
