The position supports global talent attraction and acquisition strategies, partners with senior leadership on talent and change-management initiatives, advises hiring managers, analyzes talent markets, anticipates hiring needs, and collaborates with HR, Finance, and business leaders. Candidates need three years of talent acquisition or talent management experience, change-management experience, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, English fluency, and experience across multiple geographies and cultures.
