Description
EFG International is hiring a Global Regulatory Reporting Specialist in Geneva to lead the end-to-end production, integrity, and continuous enhancement of prudential regulatory returns for its Swiss entity and international network. The role owns capital adequacy, liquidity, statistical, COREP, and other regulatory reporting; interprets Basel III, FINMA, CRR/CRD and other frameworks; performs advanced capital and liquidity analysis; leads regulatory and IT change initiatives; drives automation and process improvement; and advises Finance, Risk, Treasury, Front Office and local CFO teams. The position requires a relevant university degree, typically 8–12 years of experience in private banking or financial services, Swiss prudential regulation experience, and strong regulatory reporting, Excel, data reconciliation, and stakeholder-management skills.
