Description
Arclin is hiring a Global Rotating Machine and EV Applications Development Manager to lead technical strategy, application development, customer-facing support, and global technical team management for Nomex® electrical insulation systems used in rotating machines, electric motors, generators, and EV drivetrains. The role combines individual-contributor application development with leadership, coordinates technology programs across engineering, commercial, marketing, laboratory, regional, and customer teams, and supports new product development, testing, standards, and industry publications. Candidates need at least five years of team leadership or management experience, five or more years of hands-on rotating machine, EV drivetrain, manufacturing, or insulation testing experience, a BS degree or higher in engineering or a relevant technical discipline, fluent English, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position can be located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Luxembourg, China, Korea, or Japan, with frequent business travel expected.
