Sinclair Pharma is hiring a Global S&OP Manager in Shanghai, China, to own the end-to-end global Sales & Operations Planning process for its worldwide aesthetic and medical-device supply chain. The role establishes S&OP governance, SOPs, meeting cadences, ERP planning-system integration, demand-supply balancing, inventory and working-capital optimization, KPI reporting, and cross-functional alignment across global commercial, supply-chain, production, procurement, logistics, finance, and regional teams. Candidates need 5–8 years of progressive S&OP experience, direct pharmaceutical, medical-device, or aesthetic-industry experience, and expertise in forecasting, inventory optimization, scenario planning, ERP systems, and cross-functional facilitation.
