Description
Crisis24 is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Program Manager to lead a six-analyst GSOC team and manage a client’s integrated risk management and global security program. The role oversees intelligence operations, incident response, SOPs, reporting, analyst training, scheduling, and personnel management, while serving as the primary liaison between the client and Crisis24. The position is based at Crisis24’s Cape Town office, with occasional travel to client locations and possible evening or weekend work.
