Anthropic is hiring a Global Senior Equity Program Manager to oversee equity compensation strategy and operations across global markets. The role manages grant processing, option exercises, cancellations, cap tables, equity transactions, reconciliations, payroll and tax integrations, tax withholding, reporting, employee guidance, and scalable operating procedures. It requires a CEP designation, at least 8 years of relevant experience, knowledge of equity compensation and tax requirements, and experience with Shareworks and payroll systems. The position offers a hybrid arrangement, visa sponsorship may be available, and an annual salary of $190,000–$230,000 USD.
