Description
Ascom is hiring a Solutions Architect to convert customer requirements into global solution architectures and designs for healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions. The role supports Product Managers, Segment Experts, Sales, Customer Care, and deployment teams through requirements analysis, solution design, technical specifications, documentation, configuration standards, problem resolution, and coordination across technical and non-technical groups. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least two years of system integration deployment experience, medical software installation and configuration experience, strong customer-facing consulting skills, English proficiency, and experience with medical device connectivity, design tooling, cloud and SaaS, Microsoft technologies, microservices, and SQL databases.
