General Motors is seeking candidates for current or future Global Sourcing Manager roles within its Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization. The hybrid role requires reporting to a specific location at least three times per week, with less than 25% travel and no immigration sponsorship. Responsibilities include sourcing strategy, RFQ and quote management, supplier relationship management, budget support, supplier KPI reviews, change management, and supply-chain disruption mitigation. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, SAP experience or the ability to learn purchasing systems, and the ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, manage relationships, negotiate, and prioritize work.
