Description
AstraZeneca is hiring a Global Study Manager for its Cell Therapy Clinical Operations team in Barcelona, with an on-site commitment of three days per week. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex global clinical studies, including protocol development, start-up, maintenance, close-out, CSR, and archiving; coordinates internal and external stakeholders; manages study documents, supply, budgets, risks, and CRO oversight; and supports inspection readiness and process improvement. Candidates need a university degree, preferably in medical or biological sciences or clinical research, at least three years of relevant pharmaceutical or academic experience, strong ICH/GCP and project management knowledge, and excellent English communication skills.
