Lab37 Robotics is hiring a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead supplier development and sourcing for its robotic food-production systems. The role partners with engineering teams, identifies and onboards strategic suppliers, develops long-term supplier relationships, negotiates complex contracts, evaluates manufacturing feasibility and supplier capabilities, monitors performance, and supports forecasting and cost tracking. Candidates need at least two years of supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management experience in a high-growth hardware or technology company, along with strong negotiation, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. The position is onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a base salary of $120,000 to $180,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
