Description
Base is hiring a Global Supply Manager to own commercial relationships with contract manufacturers that build electromechanical top-level assemblies. The role manages services agreements, labor and value-add negotiation, NRE terms, capacity commitments, quality escalations, should-cost modeling, RFx, configuration control, engineering change management, supplier ramp readiness, and decisions about in-house versus contract manufacturing. Candidates need at least five years of similar sourcing experience, strong negotiation and financial modeling skills, project management ability, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.
