Base is hiring a Global Supply Manager to own global supplier relationships and sourcing strategy for general hardware manufacturing, primarily electronics components. The role leads RFx processes, should-cost modeling, supplier negotiations, commercial contracts, commodity strategies, supplier readiness, capacity planning, lead-time management, and obsolescence mitigation. It requires at least three years of sourcing experience, strong Excel and project-management skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with an average of 25% travel.
