NBCUniversal is hiring a global Talent Development Manager to lead and evolve the Talent Lab’s corporate university experiences across New York City, Los Angeles, and London. The role combines talent strategy, learning design, facilitation, project leadership, stakeholder consulting, and program measurement, with a focus on leadership, AI fluency, media business acumen, and talent readiness. It requires at least five years of progressive experience in talent management, development, learning, organizational development, or a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, AI tool comfort, and regular travel. The position is hybrid, requires at least four days per week in the office, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000, bonus eligible.
