Aleph is hiring a Global Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, governance, and optimization of global sales incentive programs. The role owns variable pay, job architecture, benchmarking, data and analytics, compliance, audits, and stakeholder partnerships, with one direct report. It requires 8+ years of experience in a global Total Rewards function, a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 55,000, with an additional variable component paid annually.
