1X is hiring a Global Trade Compliance Specialist in Hayward to build and strengthen its global trade compliance program while supporting import and export operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role partners with Legal, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics to maintain regulatory compliance, manage customs, duties, FTZ, and Free Trade Agreement opportunities, maintain tariff and export-control records, and support audits and regulatory inquiries. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive global trade compliance experience supporting manufacturing or multinational operations, along with expertise in U.S. export controls, HTS classification, denied-party screening, customs compliance, ERP or Global Trade Management systems, and international trade regions.
