Description

Lam is hiring a Global Trade Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex global trade programs and initiatives across Global Trade, Legal, Logistics, Finance, Digital Transformation, and regional teams. The role owns the program portfolio, translates regulatory and leadership priorities into executable plans, manages dependencies and risks, supports change adoption, and prepares executive communications. Candidates need at least 10 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a master’s degree, and the position offers hybrid On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements in the San Francisco Bay Area with a salary range of $114,000 to $253,000.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree with 8 years of experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a master’s degree
Experience leading or coordinating global trade, compliance, or regulatory programs in a complex multinational organization
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience supporting senior leaders through operating cadence, prioritization, executive communications, or Chief-of-Staff-type program responsibilities
Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready materials, dashboards, briefings, and decision summaries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment
