Docplanner Group is hiring a Global Web Project Manager (Growth) to scale and optimize its B2B web ecosystem across more than 30 websites. The role owns web performance and growth KPIs, including form submissions and lead generation, and leads cross-functional projects from ideation through launch and backlog management. Responsibilities include CRO and A/B testing, landing-page and funnel optimization, web QA, GA4 and GSC analysis, and coordinating with marketing, developers, designers, and analysts. The position requires at least three years of web-management experience, familiarity with analytics and CMS platforms, strong project-management and communication skills, and fluent English. Remote work and flexible hours are available, with office hubs in several cities; visa sponsorship is not offered.
