StubHub is hiring a Global Workforce Optimization Director in Atlanta to lead workforce planning, forecasting, capacity and headcount modeling, productivity measurement, location strategy, and outsourcing partner evaluation and contract negotiation across its global support organization. The full-time role oversees metrics such as occupancy, utilization, and handle time; develops KPIs and governance frameworks; collaborates with HR and finance; and leads teams and cross-functional decisions, with up to 20% travel required. The preferred profile includes 10+ years of operations leadership experience, large-scale global operations experience, advanced analytical and communication skills, and strong leadership, change management, and performance management capabilities.
