Description
The Glue Mixer prepares glue for the gluing process, performs hourly glue-spread checks and quality-log maintenance, maintains 5S in the glue loft and holding areas, conducts minor maintenance and preventive maintenance, manages inventories and material orders, maintains kanban levels, and participates in glue studies, trials, and quality and process-control problem solving. The role collaborates with Spreader and Press crews, occasionally covers absent operators, requires forklift operation, and requires lifting an average of 65 pounds.
