VOIS is seeking an experienced Programme Management professional to lead portfolio-scale programmes across Business Excellence, Business Operations, and Transformation. The role owns programme outcomes, governance, integrated delivery, financial performance, benefits realisation, risk and dependency management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance, while supporting project managers and workstream leaders. Candidates should have extensive enterprise or shared-services programme experience, knowledge of agile-at-scale and hybrid delivery, experience with programme and portfolio management tools, and strong executive reporting skills.
